2. Purpose of the site

This website presents the SCARS clothing collection for information only. It is not an online shop: no order can be placed, no contract is concluded and no payment is taken through this site. Prices, availability and sizes shown or described are indicative and given on request; they do not constitute a binding offer.

3. Orders and sales

Purchases are arranged directly with us via Instagram (@scars.cl) or by phone. Any sale is subject to the terms agreed at that time and to Greek consumer law (Law 2251/1994 as in force), including, where applicable, your 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales and the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for defects. Numbered, limited-run pieces are not reprinted once sold out.

4. Intellectual property

The SCARS name, emblem, wordmarks, garment designs, photographs, text and the design of this website are the property of the operator (or used with permission) and are protected by Greek Law 2121/1993 on copyright, trademark law and international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of links is welcome.

5. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. Colours may look different on your screen than in real life. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek or EU law, including for fraud or gross negligence.

7. External links

Links to third-party sites (such as Instagram) are provided for convenience. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data and cookies is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and have a complaint about a purchase, please contact us first so we can resolve it. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Greek Consumer's Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
